The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Radio Frequency Recourse of Ukraine" (re the Provision of the Effective Radio Frequency Use)

In particular the Bill regulates the issues on re-processing of the licenses on the use of the radio frequency recourse of Ukraine and permit on exploitation during the reorganization of the juridical person through the partition and division.

The Corresponding Bill is registered under № 4531.
